To purchase, simply add our customised design item to your shopping basket. Download the Custom Design package and complete the Client brief. Once received, we will then contact you to arrange a mutually suitable time to meet on site.

WHAT YOU WILL NEED TO PROVIDE
A site plan showing:

• All boundaries
• All buildings & existing structures.
• Significant Trees
• Land Contours

WHAT HAPPENS AT THE SITE MEETING?
We will meet with you on site, take digital images and review the design brief document. We will then review additional items including:

• Your Budget Expectations.
• Discuss Layout Options.
• Select the most appropriate location for the pool.
• Landscaping Requirements.
• Any requests that would bring out the WOW factor.

HOW WE WILL PRESENT THE DESIGN TO YOU
Once the design has been completed, you will be invited to our office to view the completed design. Utilising the latest in 3D design software, we will be able to show you in larger than life format - exactly what the design will look like - It's just like having your very own CRYSTAL BALL.

During the demonstration process you will be able to make educated decisions on questions such as WILL IT ADD VALUE TO MY HOME? and WILL IT ADD VALUE TO MY LIFESTYLE? and most importantly WILL IT BE AESTHETICALLY PLEASING or WOW!

Following the presentation, we have allowed for 2 hours of concept resolution, after which the design package will be presented in a format so you are able to meet with your builders on site. The package will be delivered electronically so you can start the process immediately, a printed copy will also be mailed to you for your records.
