DESIGN BRIEF
Our brief to 3DPOOLDESIGNS was to create a pool and landscape design that could make the best use of a smallish backyard space and be adaptable to sloping sites, all whilst adding value to our clients homes and lifestyles
KEY POINTS:	The design successfully achieves these key important points in the following ways. Principally designed as a family pool, this VPS pool design is well suited to many sites and can be orientated in various configurations.
SWIM OUTS:	There are lengthy swim-outs along the length of the pool which add places to relax, & or targets for small or learner swimmers
WATER FEATURE:	The water feature provides an interesting aesthetic and audible feature and is concealed in the decking facia.
SURROUNDS:	Decking is amplified by layering the decks over one another, there is ample for lounging and socialising, with privacy created from the chunky crisscross hatched walls and screening tree’s. Lower raised walls subtle divides the landscaped area, and could be used for retaining on sloping sites. The spa extends the usable time that the outdoor space is likely to be used, particularly in the colder months, and is closely located to the outdoor shelter and kitchen on the design.
