DESIGN BRIEF
Our brief to 3DPOOLDESIGNS was to create a visually striking design, something you think would get grave reviews from others, something that would suit multiple purposes and posses a real “WOW”, of course if it achieved all of the before mentioned in the brief, it would easily add value to our clients home and lifestyles.
KEY POINTS:	The design successfully achieves these key important points in the following ways. It has a real WOW factor, simple design, well resolved shapes and intimately put together, this VPS pool design is well suited to modern medium to large sites and can be orientated in various configurations
SWIM OUTS:	Swim outs and steps are plentiful, undersized steps by the spa, and extensive swim outs that wrap around the entertaining area of the pool are well placed and will be well used.
WATER FEATURE:	Wet edge water feature at the end of the lap lane, will draw each visitors eye of into the distance.
SURROUNDS:	The poolside decking/paving is extensive, offering multiple opportunities to entertain and move your lounge as you please, in the sun out of the sun, ensuring you can comfortably spend all day by the pool and then while away the balmy nights in the spa. Extending the useable hours of your investment.
