DESIGN BRIEF
Our brief to 3DPOOLDESIGNS was to create a visually striking Contempory design, that would provide pool and spa use to a sloping or level site, it must include a summer house or external entertaining area, it must also add value to our clients home and lifestyles.
KEY POINTS:	The design successfully achieves these key important points in the following ways. Principally designed as a slick Contempory pool and spa, this family pool, is well suited to many sites and can be orientated in various Configurations and material changes to arrive at different looks.
SWIM OUTS:	The lengthy swim-outs add places to relax, targets for small or learner swimmers when tired or places to simply be social in the water.
SPA:	Our brief regarding the spa, Is that it had to seamlessly fit within the pool area, this kept the design un complicated to look at and allowed easy access from spa to pool and visa versa
SURROUNDS:	A pavilion or sunroom of this calibre would make any how owner envious, it is equipped for entertaining, and surrounded by lavish gardens, with flagstone walls and ample pool side decking, the pool seamlessly cuts into the outdoor space almost intruding on the architecture. The retaining walls can accommodate a sloping site, or provide screening of unsightly views.
