DESIGN BRIEF
Our brief to 3DPOOLDESIGNS was to create a visually striking design that would pick up on period details of older style homes, it must be fit for all round use including night time activity, it must also add value to our clients home and lifestyles.
KEY POINTS:	The design successfully achieves these key important points in the following ways. Principally designed as a family pool, this VPS pool design is well suited to many sites including sloping ones and can be orientated in various configurations, flipped mirrored, rotated and scaled.
SWIM OUTS:	Plenty of swim outs and steps mean this pool will be easily accessed and you will always be able to find a comfortable spot to rest and relax in the pool area, not to mention the easy transition from pool to spa, many steps and benches means it’s a breeze moving from one to the other
WATER FEATURE:	A wet edge to the front of the pool provides visual and audible interest and three more ornate features that spill ribbons of water to the pool surface are also prominent in this design idea
SURROUNDS:	Paving is ample for lounging and socialising, split over many levels it provides various area to enjoy, and is great for sloping sites, privacy & screening has been achieved with high rear walls and screening tree’s.
