DESIGN BRIEF
Our brief to 3DPOOLDESIGNS was to create a visually striking design that suited a variety of uses, it needed to add value to our clients home and lifestyles.
KEY POINTS:	The design successfully achieves these key important points in the following ways. Principally designed as a family pool, a lap pool, a spa and an exercise pool, this VPS pool design suits a variety of uses, and is well suited to many sites and can be orientated in various configurations., flipped, mirrored rotated etc
SWIM OUTS:	Shallow swim outs and swim outs/benches are kept to one side of the pool, and allow easy access and exit points right along the pool length, relax in the shallows, or sit and be social on the benches or in the spa, these areas also act as great targets for learner swimmers when tired.
WATER FEATURE:	Wet edge water features are so striking, not only are great to look at but they also provide interesting aesthetic and audible elements to the design, the other great thing about a wet edge pool is that they are great for lap swimming, the wave action is kept to a minimum
SURROUNDS:	The poolside decking/paving is ample for lounging and socialising, with privacy created from the flanking walls and screening tree’s. There is a light with structure placed at one end so when using the pool area, you can escape the sun to a cooler shaded area. Water also cascades from a rear turret obscured in the end wall, this could also be up or down light at night with great effect.
