DESIGN BRIEF
Our brief to 3DPOOLDESIGNS was to create a pool and spa combination that could be easily added to most suburban backyards , its must also be visually striking design that add value to our clients home and lifestyles.
KEY POINTS:	The design successfully achieves these key important points in the following ways. Principally designed as a family pool and spa, this VPS pool design is well suited to many sites and can be orientated in various configurations. It can be flipped rotated and scaled to suit your requirements
SWIM OUTS:	Plenty of steps and swim-outs through out this pool allows easy entry and exit of the pool even when the pool has many users, you can sit and chill or be social and for the learner swimmers, they will feel that little bit of extra safety knowing there is a ledge or steps close by they can reach when tiring
WATER FEATURE:	Spa water gently cascades back t the pool over the spillway and the turrets cut in around the spa sides, this gives the spa a floating feel, and provides additional audible and aesthetic interest.
SURROUNDS:	The poolside decking/paving is layered to give the feel of a larger yard, the materials use also creates depth in the design, there is ample room for lounging and socialising, with privacy created from the flanking walls and screening tree’s. The very visual rear entertaining or outdoor kitchen area,, can be used to screen unsightly views or provide privacy
