DESIGN BRIEF
Our brief to 3DPOOLDESIGNS was to create a visually striking family swimming pool design that would add value to our clients home and lifestyles
KEY POINTS:	The design successfully achieves these key important points in the following ways. Principally designed as a family pool, this VPS pool design is well suited to many sites and can be orientated in various configurations, flipped mirrored and scaled etc Plenty of open water space, great for pool ball games and a large swim out located at the end of the pool, providing easy access to and from the water, the pool has a large shallow bench area for relaxing or is ideal for the smaller kids learning to swim
SWIM OUTS:	The lengthy swim-outs add places to relax, targets for small or learner swimmers when tired or places to simply be social in the water.
WATER FEATURE:	We did look at having a curtain of water spill from the beams crossing the pool, but we think we will leave that idea in the hands of client for that decision.
SURROUNDS:	The poolside decking/paving is ample for lounging and socialising, with privacy created from the flanking screening tree’s. We have purposed provided a built in seat, this means you no longer need to drag furniture around the pool, and keeps the paved and trafficable areas clutter free. The bench built in seat, could also be used for retaining on sloping sites
